Its been a while since I've posted, Have had alot going on. I'm down to 249, which puts me down 75 lbs. I have 69 lbs to go to my goal. I'm trying to get back into a better eating lifestyle. Not eating out much or if I do I get the healthy choice. I still have 6.5 cc in my band. I feel restriction and if I eat to fast I PB really bad. I'm trying to work on eating slower and taking smaller bites. Another big thing I have is if I'm really hungry I don't chew my food as well as I should.
